And I just put it on!
This is the 3rd back brace I've a bot. I'm fat and getting one that fit was really hard. But who needs it more than FAT people? It was absurd! Went right on great and easily. I'm in chronic pain due to arthritis in the shoulder area and degeneration of the lower back. Immediate relief. Not total, as I'm working my way into tightening it up. Normally just sitting down to my computer is painful. Much improvement there, too, Of course. The adjustable padding on the pressure areas is a huge help also. So glad the others didn't work out! And a further note to fat people. Ive been trying to get one of those neoprene sweat things to reduce and tighten inches for my stomach area. Again, who needs it more? I tried the 2 biggest I cud find of those. No, go. The Velcro waist on this thing moves down low enuf to support the lower back and that means also goes around my abdomen and waist If I move it. I know for a fact that that also works, from the hand braces on my wrists, made of the same material. So. 2 for one! And fat or not, who doesn't want to shave inches off their waist? Especially if ur working! Again, SOOO glad the others didn't work out! Try it. It helps the back for sure! VERY excited! I just realized! Around ur lower back and abdomen/waist IS neoprene! FANTASTIC!!

Love the "stretchy breathable material"
I ordered the small as I am not a very large person because it seems to have the most "adjustable options for my size torso." I also ordered a pack if extra-long fuzzy seat belt pads to go under the arm-pit area. I did not think the padding would be comfortable enough. I was semi-wrong as it is "comfortable" but not well padded like my additional seat belt pads are. The stretchy breathable material is really adaptive to pulling down to the "lumbar region." I wear my brace next to the skin and not with a thin "T" shirt as it is very comfortable. I even slept in it one night just to "test it out." The price to quality ratio is very good. However, I'd make the underarm pads more plush with the hook/lock material farther away from the edge so there is some soft material before the stiff hook/lock ribbing is exposed that will bite into the skin.
